My name is Jeni Allton, LMFT. I understand that trying to find a therapist who feels like the right fit for you and your family can sometimes seem overwhelming. If you are here, you have already taken a courageous next step on your journey of growth. Together we will strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship based in trust, openness, and authenticity. My therapeutic approach is gentle, personable, and direct, often utilizing humor and metaphor. My strengths based, solution-focused lens serves to help orient my clients to a more holistic picture beyond “the presenting problem.” My goal is to help you tap into your own resilience as you deepen insight, foster personal empowerment, and create meaningful, lasting changes in your life and relationships.
