Hello and welcome!
My name is Jeni Allton. I am licensed in the states of Colorado and Missouri as a marriage and family therapist.
I specialize in working with:
-individuals navigating transition, grief, and
seeking meaning in their lives
- military personnel and first responders
-adults seeking connection and
repair with their parents
I understand that trying to find a therapist who feels like the right fit for you and your family can sometimes seem overwhelming. If you are here, you have already taken a courageous next step on your journey of growth. Together we will strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship based in trust, openness, and authenticity.
My therapeutic approach is gentle, personable, and direct, often utilizing humor and metaphor. My strengths based, solution-focused lens serves to help orient my clients to a more holistic picture beyond “the presenting problem.” My goal is to help you tap into your own resilience as you deepen insight, foster personal empowerment, and create meaningful, lasting changes in your life and relationships.
I welcome the whole person into every session; mind, body, heart, and spirit. I am excited to walk beside you along your path of discovery.
